About Board Members
The FarmAny business account can be managed and operated by multiple board members. By assigning specific permissions to each board member, different levels of access can be granted and managed.
There are two types of permissions for board members: Administrator Permissions and Manager Permissions.
Administrator Permissions (Admin)
Members granted administrator permissions have access to all features of the business account. Each business account must have at least one member with administrator permissions. When a business account is created, the creator is automatically assigned as the first administrator member.
Manager Permissions (Manager)
Manager permissions allow members to support administrator members by handling tasks such as posting products and events, managing orders, overseeing entry at event venues, and communicating with customers. Members with manager permissions have restricted access to certain features. They cannot edit the business account profile, add or modify board members, or perform any operations related to AnyCredit.
Adding Board Members
Only members with administrator permissions can add board members. Any user registered with FarmAny can be added as an board member by using their registered email address.
The steps to add an board member are as follows:
- Confirm that the user to be added is already registered with FarmAny.
- Ask the user for their registered email address.
- Open the business account profile page.
- Go to Add New Member.
- Enter the email address to find the user.
- Select the permission level and add the user as an board member.
Removing or Changing Permissions of Board Members
Only members with administrator permissions can perform these actions. Board members can be edited or removed from the business account profile page.
It is possible to change or remove one's own permissions, but if there is only one administrator, another administrator must be added before changing or removing their own permissions.
