Managing Entry at the Event Venue
On the day of the event, if attendees are required to be verified for their ticket purchase before entering, you will need at least one admission manager. The admission manager can ensure smooth entry management by being prepared to use FarmAny's admission management features.
The general process is as follows:
-
Attendees with tickets arrive
Ticket purchasers are expected to either print out their ticket page or display it on their smartphone or other device when arriving at the venue. -
Confirm the number of people on the ticket
The ticket displays the ticket details and the number of tickets purchased, so the admission manager should verify that the number of attendees, including companions, matches the ticketed quantity. -

Now, let's get into more detail.
Locations with Internet Access Available
For efficient admission management, it is ideal for the admission manager to have internet access on their smartphone or other device, enabling them to use FarmAny’s admission management features.
Requirements for Admission Managers
To use FarmAny’s admission management features, admission managers must meet the following requirements:
- Be able to access the internet from their smartphone or other device at the venue and use FarmAny.
- Be registered as a FarmAny user.
- Have admin privileges or manager privileges in the FarmAny business account hosting the event.
For more details about member privileges, please check here.
Preparing the Admission Management QR Code
As mentioned, ticket purchasers are expected to either print their ticket page or display it on their smartphone or other device when attending. However, some attendees may forget or fail to bring their ticket. In such cases, the Admission Management QR Code will be used.
Each event is assigned an Admission Management QR Code, which allows attendees to scan and confirm their ticket status quickly.

Follow these steps to prepare the Admission Management QR Code:
- Ensure you are logged into FarmAny.
- Open the FarmAny business account page for the event host.
- Navigate to the event listing page.
- Open the Ticket Gate page via the provided link.
- Obtain the displayed QR code.
It is recommended to print multiple copies of the Admission Management QR Code on A4 paper and place them at the event venue.
Attendees can scan the QR code and open the displayed link. If they are not logged into FarmAny, they will be prompted to do so. Once logged in, their ticket status, including ticket quantity, will be displayed. The admission manager should verify the details before granting entry.

Verifying Tickets Upon Entry (Basic Method)
Ticket holders are expected to either print their ticket page or display it on their smartphone or other device when attending. Additionally, scanning the Admission Management QR Code allows attendees to confirm their ticket details. The admission manager should verify ticket content and attendee numbers before permitting entry.

Verifying Tickets Upon Entry (Stricter Method)
Each ticket is assigned a Ticket QR Code that admission managers can scan to verify authenticity before granting entry.
Admission managers should scan the Ticket QR Code from the attendee’s ticket and open the displayed link. If not logged into FarmAny, they will need to log in. The page will then display ticket details, including ticket validity and number of attendees. The admission manager should confirm this information before allowing entry.

Locations Without Internet Access
If the event venue does not have internet access, preventing the use of FarmAny’s admission management features, entry management must be done manually by checking the ticket details that attendees bring with them. Attendees should either print their ticket page or display it on a smartphone or other device. The admission manager should verify the ticket details and attendee numbers before granting entry.
Additional Information
About Companions
If a user purchases multiple tickets or makes multiple purchases for the same event, it will display the total number of attendees by each order in the same ticket. Generally, all companions should enter together. It is recommended that they gather at the venue before entering as a group.
However, if certain attendees must enter separately, the ticket number can be used for tracking. The main ticket holder should share the ticket number with those entering separately, and the admission manager should keep track of ticket numbers and attendee counts to manage entry.
